Thanksgiving. Yay!!!

Welp, the semester is coming to an end, which is a relief because classes were just becoming too monotonous. This week has been the most freaking busy week in all the semester, and I was questioning whether or not I would live through it. Three projects and an exam, along with the coincidence of my tire losing air in the same week.

The last two or three weeks I've learned how to make some awesome Hispanic desserts to add to the repertoire. Here are some pictures -

These are called "horchata" and "queso helado", but for all those who transate that, and find that it means frozen cheese, disclaimer: there is no cheese at all in the recipe, it is more similar to ice cream. 

So anyway, looking very much forward to thanksgiving break, it's gonna be awesomeness and Christmas break is going to be even more awesomeness. Have a good week!!!
