The last two or three weeks I've learned how to make some awesome Hispanic desserts to add to the repertoire. Here are some pictures -


These are called "horchata" and "queso helado", but for all those who transate that, and find that it means frozen cheese, disclaimer: there is no cheese at all in the recipe, it is more similar to ice cream.
